Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using the Cusinea platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Cusinea’s services (the "Platform"), which includes AI-driven staff training and shift management tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a restaurant or business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Cusinea provides a software-as-a-service platform that enables restaurant management to efficiently train staff using simulated AI interactions and manage employee shift schedules. Features may be updated, added, or removed at our discretion to improve the overall product.

3. User Responsibilities and Accounts

Restaurant administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering your restaurant and adding employee profiles. Waitstaff and employees are responsible for adhering to the restaurant's internal policies while using the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Cusinea Platform, including the AI algorithms, training modules, code, layout, and branding, are the exclusive property of Cusinea and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

Restaurants hold full ownership over the specific data they input into the platform (e.g., specific menu items, employee rosters). By using the service, you grant Cusinea a license to host and process this data to provide the services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cusinea is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for high uptime and accurate AI training simulations, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Cusinea be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, if we determine you have violated these Terms. You may also cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
